Lucy is the firm’s resident greeter, morale booster, and cuddle enforcer. With boundless enthusiasm, she ensures every client feels at home and welcome. Her specialty? Her sweetness and joyful energy make even the most serious estate planning conversations a little brighter. She believes no meeting is complete without at least one scratch behind the ear, preferably two.
When not busy charming everyone, Lucy devotes herself to warming laps and strategic treat negotiations with her sister, Jewel. She has an uncanny ability to sense when clients need a little extra comfort and is always ready to provide it with her calm presence. She has a knack for reminding everyone that life isn’t only about planning for the future—it’s also about enjoying the little moments along the way. Lucy’s warmth and affection keep the office atmosphere balanced, lighthearted, and welcoming to all.
Lucy believes in giving back to the community, usually by donating her presence to any lap in need of warmth. She participates in “Take a Pug to Work Day” (which, conveniently, is every day), and often volunteers her time to office morale initiatives, such as reminding the team to take stretch breaks—or snack breaks.
